Internal Operational SMS Notifications
RxGISTICS LLC provides operational SMS notifications exclusively to authorized employees and managers who require immediate notification of STAT shipments.
These SMS messages are used solely for business operations and are not promotional or marketing messages.
Verbal Consent Process
Employees are verbally asked for permission before being enrolled in the internal SMS notification system. The following script is used during onboarding or when assigning responsibilities that require operational SMS notifications.
Verbal Consent Script
Supervisor:
"As part of your role with RxGISTICS, you may receive SMS notifications regarding new STAT shipments requiring immediate review, assignment, and dispatch. These are operational business messages only and are not marketing messages. Message frequency depends on shipment activity. Message and data rates may apply. If at any time you no longer need to receive these notifications, please notify your manager or supervisor and your mobile number will be removed from the internal notification system. Do you consent to receive these SMS notifications?"
Employee:
"Yes."
Supervisor:
"Thank you. Your mobile number will be added to our internal notification system."
Consent Records
Employee consent is obtained verbally during onboarding or role assignment. The supervisor records the employee's consent before the employee's mobile number is added to the internal SMS notification system.
Opt-Out
Employees who no longer wish to receive operational SMS notifications may request removal by notifying their manager or supervisor. Upon request, the employee's mobile number will be removed from the internal SMS notification system.
